The MAJOR FLAW with Real Estate Investing Courses
Don’t look now, but there’s an elephant in the room…
NOBODY seems to be discussing this, but I feel something needs to be said.
And this is not to be negative… It’s to clear some things up… and help you get started with real estate investing (the right way).
You see, courses are great.
You can learn a LOT by taking courses on things you want to learn (including real estate investing)…
But when it comes to certain types of courses, they can sometimes do MORE HARM than good.
Here me out…
With “business”, “marketing”, or “real estate” state type courses, you don’t buy them simply because you want to absorb information.
You buy them because you want a result!
Normally you’re looking to start a business or make some money.
And when it comes to that - getting the result - you need MORE THAN just information.
That’s all you get out of courses. Information.
But that’s just one piece of the puzzle.
In order to get the result you also need support.
You need accountability.
You need situational specific knowledge directly from the “well” of somebody who’s already done what you want to do.
Because one weird roadblock or another pops up, a course isn’t going to solve the problem for you.
You need to be able to leverage somebody’s experience.
In short, you need a mentor!
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying it’s impossible to get good results with a course… but it’s RARE.
And in even if you do get there on your own, it will most definitely take LONGER.
And in the case of MOST people, they buy the course and never end up getting the result they wanted.
Basically, they waste their money.
So if you don’t want to be one of those people. If you don’t want to waste your money, get yourself a mentor.
It doesn’t have to be me - But make sure it’s SOMEBODY.
