When you’re learning real estate investing, it can be tempting to learn as much as you can.
But sometimes, this can be a bad thing.
Here’s an example.
If you were going to show a toddler how to turn on the lights in a room, what would you do?
I bet you’d just take him over to the light switch and demonstrate (maybe a few times) what happens when you flip it on and off.
They would connect the cause and effect instantly… and from that point they’d be able to use the lightswitch to turn the lights on and off in a room.
Now here’s what you WOULDN’T do.
You would never sit the toddler down and try to teach them about how electricity works in order to get them to use a light switch.
Chances are, they’d never get it that way.
Well, you know what? That’s exactly why most real estate investing coaches and programs will fail you.
They completely overwhelm you with the who, what, where, why and how, of every last little detail of how to do real estate deals, how to run your business, and how to systemize it all.
They give you 143 training videos and 95 documents to read.
