Real Estate Investing Light Bulb Moment

A quick tip to keep you from getting in your own way.

When you’re learning real estate investing, it can be tempting to learn as much as you can.

But sometimes, this can be a bad thing.

Here’s an example.

If you were going to show a toddler how to turn on the lights in a room, what would you do?

I bet you’d just take him over to the light switch and demonstrate (maybe a few times) what happens when you flip it on and off.

They would connect the cause and effect instantly… and from that point they’d be able to use the lightswitch to turn the lights on and off in a room.

Now here’s what you WOULDN’T do.

You would never sit the toddler down and try to teach them about how electricity works in order to get them to use a light switch.

Chances are, they’d never get it that way.

Well, you know what? That’s exactly why most real estate investing coaches and programs will fail you.

They completely overwhelm you with the who, what, where, why and how, of every last little detail of how to do real estate deals, how to run your business, and how to systemize it all.

They give you 143 training videos and 95 documents to read.

In some cases, that might be good for the right person…

But in most cases, is does more harm than good.

It’s just too much.

It’s overwhelming… and it paralyzes people from actually getting the result they want (going out and actually doing a deal).

This is an area where I pride myself on the way I’ve set myself apart.

You see, I teach students in an altogether different fashion.

I focus on ACTION.

I focus on giving you ONLY the information you need, nothing that you don’t… and then I back that up with MASSIVE support on helping you IMPLEMENT those key pieces of information.

And I work with students UNTIL they do a do a deal.

But it won’t work for everyone.

Because no matter how much support anyone gives you, nobody can force you to actually put in the work.

That’s on you.

But if you’re willing to follow instructions and DO the work, I’d like to invite you to apply for my mentorship program.
